Navratri is the time to soak in the ritualistic prayers, the chant of mantras and fasting. As the devotees fast for 9 days, a healthy Navratri is needed.
Navratri Festival commences on the first day (pratipada) of the lunar month of Ashwin. During the nine-day-long festival, nine forms of Shakti are worshiped; Durga, Kali, Amba, Gauri, Sheetal, Bhairavi, Chandi, Lalita, Bhavani, and Tara. But, it is very important to have a healthy Navratri.
